| Deposit/Payment | A deposit (typically 10-20% through the external booking platform and 100% through Tlaloc Fishing & Adventure Tours Website) is required to secure your trip. The remaining balance is due directly to the Captain on the day of the trip. |
| Client Cancellation | Free cancellation is permitted up to 3 days prior to the trip date. Cancellations or modifications made after this period, or client no-shows, will forfeit the deposit. |
| No-Show/Late Arrival | If your group is late, that time will be deducted from your scheduled trip duration. If you fail to show up without notification, the deposit will be forfeited. |

| Weather Cancellation | The Captain reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe weather conditions (high winds, severe storms, etc.). Your safety is our top priority. |
| Rescheduling/Refund | If the Captain cancels a trip due to weather or mechanical issues, you will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund after trasactions or/and platform fees of any payments made. |

| Safety Briefing | All guests must be present for a mandatory safety briefing conducted by the Captain or Mate before departure. Failure to comply with safety instructions will result in the immediate return to port without refund. |
| Alcohol and Drugs | Moderate consumption of alcohol is permitted for guests over 18 (in compliance with local laws), but illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The Captain reserves the right to terminate the trip if consumption becomes a safety concern. |
| Children | Children are welcome! Guests are responsible for providing their own correctly sized life vests for infants and toddlers, though standard adult/child vests are provided on board. Children must be closely supervised at all times. |
| Movement | Always follow the crew’s instructions, particularly regarding moving around the boat while underway or fighting a fish. No running or sitting on the gunwales (sides of the boat). |

| Catch & Release | We strictly follow all Nicaraguan conservation laws. All Marlin and Sailfish caught are Catch & Release only to protect these species. |
| Consumption | Guests keep their legal catch (e.g., Mahi Mahi, Tuna). Our crew is happy to clean and fillet your fish for you to take home. |
| Respect for Vedas | The Captain adheres strictly to all seasonal vedas (closed seasons) and minimum size requirements established by INPESCA. |
